A name or place entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. Sandoval County Criminal History does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.

Sandoval County Criminal History does not compile, maintain, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes source guidance for the Sheriff's Office, New Mexico courts, NMDPS LERB, and the New Mexico Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not assembled into a third-party record or consumer report. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
